Elevate has been Transformed With just 2 Milestones now: Digital & Innovator..!!

Our team encourages you to complete your learning of any 1 Core Technical Track & any 1 Unit Elective track by 30th Apr’22 so that you can give the respective track Proctored Assessments during May’22 cycle.

May’22 Proctored Assessments:

Registrations for May’22 Proctored Assessment cycle will commence on April 1st and the Learning cutoff date to complete pending tracks is April 30th. Detailed schedule is given below for your reference:

Core Tracks (Facilitated by Corporate TD)

• TSLP Exam Registration - 1st Apr - 30th Apr
• Learning Eligibility cutoff date - 30th Apr
• Mock Assessment - Mettl - 9th & 10th May
• TSLP Exam Digital Pass/Confirmation Email - 10th May
• Core Tracks Assessments (conducted by Corporate TD) - 24th May - 8th Jun

Unit Electives (Facilitated by respective BG TD)

• TSLP Exam Registration - 15th Apr - 30th Apr
• Learning Eligibility cutoff date - 30th Apr
• Unit Elective Exam Confirmation Email - 4th May
• Unit Elective Track Assessments - 9th May - 20th May

3 Ways to become eligible to appear for the Proctored Assessments:

Option 1 ) Complete respective TSLP track Learning & then give Proctored Assessments

Option 2) Self Declare TSLP tracks (Core Tracks) & then give Proctored Assessments (more details available in Elevate Wings 1 Knome community)

Option 3) If you think you are well versed in a track, give Direct Path & then give Proctored Assessments (more details available in the links provided below & Elevate Wings 1 Knome community)

• Digital Milestone

Eligibility-Smart/Ninja associates with high work performance

Rules- 2 track completion

1) 1st track - should be a tech with distinction (Core/DCA)

2) 2nd track - if non-tech should be a distinction, if tech - Unit Elective/DCA, should be a distinction if tech Core can be a pass or distinction

Please note Both tracks can be Core tech tracks and Both tracks can't be only DCA tech tracks or Unit Elective tech tracks

TSLP Tech Track Assessment Digital milestone:

The TSLP proctored tech assessments will have two sections:-

a) Scenario-based assessment – time-bound MCQ format

b) Hands-on assessment – multiple attempts in a week duration until you are successful. This will remove any platform familiarity issue or infrastructure issue that could hamper your exam.

• Innovator Milestone

Eligibility-TNQT Digital, DCA, Wings1 Digital Associates with high work performance & learning completion (Learning or direct path)

Business Rules

• Associates must have the below tracks (historically) to acquire the Innovator milestone
• If any of the below track is completed as part of Digital Milestone, that would be considered for Innovator milestone rewards For the innovator coding challenge – taking the TSLP tech assessment would be a pre-requisite.

Innovator coding challenge assessment:

This is a “time bound” coding challenge – only one attempt per cycle. This would be a proctored assessment. This challenge will be opened to associates who got digital rewards through Wings1 program or digital cadre via recruitment. If you get the digital reward this cycle, you can take up the Innovator challenge in the subsequent cycle.

Limitation on no of attempts removed:

You can attempt a track any number of times until you get distinction. So, you can plan it better to focus on certain tracks and prepare sufficiently to get distinction in those tracks.
